NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER AT CIBO TRATTORIA
On Monday, December 31 with seatings at 5 to 6:30 pm and 8 to 10:30 pm, Cibo will kick off the New Year’s Eve countdown with a six-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Curtis Luk that includes such highlights as beef carpaccio (in the original style of Harry’s Bar in Venice), veal piccata (veal scallopine, parsley, capers, lemon), and crêpes à la crème (crêpes filled with vanilla cream and flambéed).
First seating - $88 per person, plus tax and gratuity | +$75 per person with wine pairings
Second seating - $98 per person, plus tax and gratuity | +$75 per person with wine pairings
